Had the same group the last 3 days and it played out just right. We got 6 salmon and then plugged the boat with limits of rockfish and lingcod on Tuesday. Yesterday we stuck with the halibut fishing all day and got rewarded with 4 pac butts we needed for limits to 28 lbs. Today we stayed with strictly salmon and only fished a half day to get them on the road with ice chests full. We only had 3 make the net today but had the opportunities that were cut short by sea lions eating our catch and a few coming off just short of the net. Nice haul for them as they return to a hotter side of the state. Here is a picture of the first 2 that made the boat today.
